Natural Extracts

Imagine the delightful fragrances that fill our lives, most of which are sourced from the beauty of nature itself. Light and invigorating scents, like essential oils from zesty citrus fruits and fragrant herbs, can uplift your spirit. Meanwhile, the luxurious aromas of roses and jasmine offer a deeper, more enchanting experience. To ensure these captivating scents linger longer, nature provides us with fixatives like tree resins, making every moment a fragrant memory worth cherishing.

Synthetics

What I find fascinating about the synthetic age is how it has made perfumes more budget-friendly and widely available. The key question is how they keep transforming the way we access fragrances. First, there are those aroma molecules isolated in laboratories to capture specific scents. Then, we have expertly crafted replicas that mimic the original fragrance profiles while ensuring that prohibited ingredients are avoided and production remains cost-effective. Additionally, there are the true synthetics, which are entirely lab-created and not found in nature, yet they include some of our favorites like cotton candy and caramel aromas. Finally, we have naturally occurring scents that require stabilization in a lab setting.

Perfume Accords

Accords are a masterful blend of natural extracts and synthetic ingredients, designed to elevate the art of perfumery. Once a formula is perfected, the possibilities for creating new fragrances are virtually limitless, simply by adding fresh elements. In the world of scent, these captivating variations are known as flankers, and for fragrance enthusiasts, they represent exciting new editions in their beloved perfumes.
